Soft-tissue Mobilization
A form of manual therapy where the therapist uses hands-on techniques on the muscles, ligaments, and fascia with the goal of breaking adhesions.
Myofascial Release
This is a hands on approach that treats muscle immobility and pain by releasing contracted muscles and stimulating the stretch reflex. The therapist uses long stretching strokes to balance tissue, improve circulation, improve range of motion, and relieve pain.
Cranio-sacral Therapy
Using a soft touch, practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system
Cupping
Cupping uses suction and pressure to pull skin, tissue, and muscle upward to enhance circulation, help relieve pain, remove "heat" and pull out the toxins that linger in the body tissues.

When a person experiences physical trauma, an inflammatory or infectious process, or structural imbalance, it can cause damage to the fascial system. Once damaged, fascia can slowly tighten resulting in a lose of flexibility and spontaneity of movement is lost. This sets the body up for more trauma, pain, and decreased range of motion.
At Therapeutic Touch our goal is to help each individual return to a healthy and active life-style. We use a variety of manual therapies to achieve this outcome.
"When you touch one thing with deep awareness,
you touch everything."
